How to reach us

The department is located in via Comelico, in the south-eastern part of Milan, towards Linate Airport.

Public Transportation

• From Linate Airport (the closest to the city). Take bus nr. 73 and get off at the corner between corso XXII Marzo and viale Piceno; then, take bus nr. 92 (direction: viale Isonzo), and get off at the stop of via Comelico. You can buy the bus ticket at any newsstand or tobaconist's, or by using one of the automatic vendors at the Airport. The ticket costs 1 euro. As an alternative, you can take a taxi, that should cost about 15 euros.
• Form Malpensa Airport (about 40 kilometers from the city). The best way to reach the city is to take the shuttle train leaving every 30 minutes, and arriving at the Milano Cadorna Station in about 40 minutes. From Cadorna station, you can reach the DICO by taking the subway (line nr. 1, direction Sesto; change at Duomo, and take line nr. 3, direction San Donato; get off at Lodi TIBB). The shuttle ticket costs 9 euros, and you can buy it at the Airport; you can buy the subway ticket at any newsstand or tobaconist's, or by using one of the automatic vendors (it costs 1 euro).
  As an alternative, from Malpensa Airport you can take a bus to Stazione Centrale (the travel time is about one hour), and then reach Piazzale Lodi by subway (subway line nr. 3, direction: San Donato, stop: Lodi TIBB). The bus ticket costs 7 euros, and can be bought at the airport; you can buy the subway ticket at any newsstand or tobaconist's, or by using one of the automatic vendors, and it costs 1 euro.
• From Piazzale Lodi. You can walk from Piazzale Lodi to the DICO (it takes about 10 minutes: walk along viale Umbria and turn left at via Comelico). Alternatively, you can take bus nr. 92 (direction: Bovisa) and get off at the second stop (via Comelico). You can buy the bus ticket at any newsstand or tobaconist's, or by using one of the automatic vendors. The ticket costs 1 euro; the subway ticket can be used to transfer to the bus.

By Car

• Take Tangenziale Est, and get out at viale Forlanini; then take viale Corsica and thus corso XXII Marzo (direction: downtown), turn left at via Cadore, thus turn left at the 5th street taking via Comelico. Just before to arrive at viale Umbria you can find the department on the left.
